Your Care Team wants to help you navigate the medical, emotional and spiritual questions that arise when a loved one is critically ill.

With expert guidance from leading hospitals, patient advocate groups, physicians, nurses, social workers and spiritual leaders, NAVEON gives you the tools necessary to better communicate with your Care Team. And better communication means better care for your loved one.

The REVIEW tab allows your Care Team to share information with you and your family before and after you meet with them.

The EXPLORE tab lets you explore a wide range of content related to your stay in the ICU. Topics include who and what youll see, procedures your loved one may need, and guidance on making decisions and taking care of yourself during this difficult time.

The DISCUSS tab allows you to send the Care Team up to 5 topics a day that you may find confusing or want more information about. In addition, you can write a question or comment in your own words about what is most important to you and your family each day.

The MEMBERS tab shows you both the family members and friends authorized to use the app, as well as the members of the Care Team at the hospital.
